A Planning Application has now been submitted by Cirencester Housing for 12 new homes on the land between Churnside and cross roads on the A435.

Those who attended the public meetings will be aware that it is intended to build a mix of houses and flats to meet the affordable housing needs of North Cerney and Bagendon Parishes.

Cirencester Housing say “Through cooperation and collaboration with the Cotswold District Council, we believe we have submitted a planning application that achieves our collective desired outcome of delivering homes that people want to live in and are an asset to the local community”
